Integration of third-party services and content

Our offer sometimes includes content, services and links from other providers. In order for this data to be called up and displayed in the user's browser, the transmission of the IP address is necessary. The providers (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") therefore take note of the IP address of the respective user. Even though we endeavour to use only third-party providers who only need the IP address to be able to deliver content, we have no influence on whether the IP address may be stored. In this case, this process serves statistical purposes, among other things. If we are aware that the IP address is stored, we inform our users of this fact.

This website uses so-called session cookies (also called temporary or transient cookies). Session cookies are only stored for the duration of your use of our website. After the end of each session, the session cookies are deleted. The session cookies are not used for any other purpose. These cookies are necessary for the function of the website and cannot be deactivated in our systems. The use of these session cookies is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Web analytics application "Matomo"

The use of this website is stored on our server. For this purpose, the Schweisfurth Foundation, as owner of "wir-kooperieren", uses the web analysis service "Matomo" on its websites. "Matomo" is an open source software that serves to optimise websites and anonymously evaluates the access of website visitors via cookies. The analysis serves exclusively to optimise our offer. The IP address is anonymised before storage.

Matomo cookies remain on your terminal device until you delete them. Matomo cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

The website owner has a legitimate interest in the anonymised analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise its website. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website is not passed on to third parties. If you do not agree to the storage and anonymous evaluation of the data from your visit, you can object to the storage and use at any time. If you subsequently object to the processing of the data by mouse click, a so-called opt-out cookie will be stored in your browser, with the result that "Matomo" will not collect any session data.

If you delete your cookies in your internet browser, the opt-out cookie will of course also be deleted. When you visit our website again, it must therefore be activated again.

YouTube with privacy enhanced mode

Our website uses the video-sharing platform YouTube, which is operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

We use YouTube in the privacy enhanced mode. According to YouTube, this mode means that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to this website before they watch the video. However, the transfer of data to YouTube partners is not necessarily excluded by the privacy enhanced mode. After your consent, YouTube establishes a connection to the Google DoubleClick network - regardless of whether you watch a video.

If you start watching a video from the YouTube platform on our website, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. Here the YouTube server is informed about which of our pages you have visited. If you're logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube allows you to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

Furthermore, YouTube can save various cookies on your end device after starting a video. These cookies allow YouTube to obtain information about visitors to our website. This information is used, among other things, to collect video statistics, improve the user experience and prevent fraud attempts. The cookies remain on your terminal device until you delete them.

It is possible that further data processing operations may be triggered after the start of a YouTube video over which we have no control.

YouTube is used to help make our website appealing. This constitutes a justified interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.

Further information about handling user data, can be found in the data protection declaration of YouTube under: https://www.14dd5266c70789bdc806364df4586335-gdprlock/t/privacy_at_youtube.

Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the consistent display of fonts. The Google Fonts are installed locally. A connection to Google servers does not take place.

Data minimisation

In accordance with the principles of data avoidance and data minimisation, we only store personal data for as long as necessary or prescribed by law (statutory storage period). If the purpose of the information collected no longer applies or the storage period ends, we block or delete the data.

SSL or TLS encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and for the protection of the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection in your browser's address line when it changes from "http://" to "https://" and the lock icon is displayed in your browser's address bar.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transfer to us cannot be read by third parties.

Your rights to information, correction, blocking, deletion and objection

You have the right to request, free of charge, information about the personal data stored by us and/or to demand correction, blocking or deletion. Exceptions: It is the prescribed data storage for business processing or the data is subject to the legal obligation to retain. For these purposes, please contact our data protection officer (contact details: at the end of the data protection declaration). In order to be able to consider a data block at any time, it is necessary to keep the data in a blocking file for control purposes. If there is no legal archiving obligation, you can also request the deletion of the data. Otherwise, we will block the data if you so wish.

Change of our data privacy statement

In order to ensure that our data privacy statement always complies with the current legal requirements, we reserve the right to make changes at any time. This also applies in the event that the data privacy statement has to be adapted due to new or revised services, for example new services. The new data privacy statement will then apply the next time you visit our website.
